Park Street & the Vinoy approach
Estate-scale homes facing Coffee Pot Bayou and the Vinoy bridge approach. Period stucco restoration, decorative iron and trim, and tile-roof work coordinated with circular driveways, mature landscaping, and water-side scaffolding.
Do you work on historic and design-review properties?
Yes — Snell Isle is full of architecturally significant homes and protected façades. We work to the Design Review and Historic Preservation Board standards St. Petersburg requires, and we know how to restore original stucco systems, decorative trim, and clay tile without losing the character of the building.
Can you handle period stucco, tile, and Mediterranean Revival details?
Yes. Snell Isle's older stucco systems, clay tile roofs, and decorative iron and trim need careful repair, not generic patches. We match materials and textures to the original construction and stage work to preserve as much of the existing architecture as possible.
How fast can you get to a Snell Isle property?
Snell Isle is about 10 minutes from our Pinellas Park base. Same-day or next-morning site visits for active leaks or urgent issues, and we know the island's narrow approach streets and dock-side access constraints already.
Do you work directly with homeowners or through the HOA?
Both. Many Snell Isle properties are single-family with direct owner relationships, and we also work with the island's smaller condo associations and HOAs. Either way you'll get the same crew, same scope discipline, and same honest assessment.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Florida-licensed general contractor, license CBC1266604. Fully insured with general liability and workers' compensation.
What's the best time of year for exterior work on Snell Isle?
October through May. Lower humidity and fewer afternoon storms mean stucco, paint, and sealant work cures properly. For interior or covered exterior work, we can stage projects year-round and pause during named storms.
