What areas do you serve?
All of Pinellas County. Downtown St. Pete, the beaches (St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island, Madeira Beach, Indian Shores, Indian Rocks, Redington, Clearwater Beach, Sand Key), Snell Isle, and the inland neighborhoods. We also work parts of southern Hillsborough.
Do you charge more for beach or island jobs?
No. Travel is part of our service area, not a markup. Pricing is based on scope, materials, and access — not your zip code.
How fast can you get to my building?
Most properties in our service area are within 35 minutes of our Pinellas Park base. For urgent issues — active leaks, code violations, pending inspections — we'll usually be on-site the same day or next morning.
Will residents have to leave during the work?
Almost never. We sequence work by elevation and stack to keep occupants in place. Communication plans go out before each phase.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Florida-licensed general contractor, license CBC1266604. Fully insured with general liability and workers' compensation.
Do you work outside Pinellas County?
Occasionally — primarily Pinellas Park, Largo, Seminole, Clearwater, Belleair, plus parts of southern Hillsborough and the western edge of the Tampa peninsula. If your building's in or near Pinellas, the first conversation is free.
